Well, we did it.
We moved to sunny North Dakota this spring, and while I’ve been incredibly busy with all the usual house-moving stuff, I’ve had some time to work on art things, including a revamp of my web stuff.
My old website and domain at Squarespace was (is) being a limiting pain in the rear. I wanted both the full functionality of a blogging platform as well as a real website, so I looked around, found this domain, and snagged it with WordPress.
I feel like WordPress is the nourishing comfort food of the internet. We may enjoy sampling all the new hotness, but we come back to WP like good old King Ranch casserole…or maybe I should say ‘tater tot hotdish’ now that I’m a North Dakotan.
Phil and I are working on so many projects, including the revamp of our new house’s 1700 square foot shop into a real live dedicated studio for all my incredibly proliferated mediums. I’ll keep everyone updated via this blog and Instagram, and eventually I’ll resurrect a newsletter too.
It’s good to be here.
